Processing Time All orders are custom made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 7–21 business days
- United States: 7–21 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the product, and the manufacturing facility fulfilling your order.
Tracking Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
